Vinyl Ester Lining System
For use in high concentration acid environments. For concrete lining in secondary containment cells, battery storage, loading and unloading of chemicals, CIP chemical storage, COP chemical storage and many other areas requiring high chemical resistance. Typically found in chemical plants, food plants, and other locations requiring chemical storage.
These are fast cure resins. Vinyl Ester can be Flake Filled and may also require fiberglass reinforcement. A Vinyl Ester mortar may be applied depending on application. This system may be married with Urethane mortars for added durability and good temperature control methods.
